Klim Induction Jacket Product Description The Klim Induction Jacket combines the highest ventilation with the highest level of abrasion This is thanks to a tough outer shell that still offers enough airflow to deal with hot weather The jacket uses a powerful abrasion and tear resistant Klim Karbonite nylon mesh to flow air through the jacket while the adjustable D3O Evo armor in the shoulder elbows and back ensure there are no accidental hot spots Additionally Klim have also improved the jackets overall fit and the level of mobility in the back and arms The Klim Induction Motorcycle Jacket will also compete with the Revit Airwave 3 Dainese Super Speed Tex and the Dainese Air Frame D1 Material Since it is a mesh summer jacket the Induction is mainly made of heavy abrasion and tear-resistant mil-spec proprietary Klim Karbonite mesh Though this does make the jacket heavier than most mesh jackets the Induction still flows an impressive amount of air especially since the overall mesh coverage has been increased The mesh has also received a UV-resistant treatment to prevent fading of the material Abrasion zones at the elbows and shoulders also feature 840D Hi-tenacity 66 nylon for even better abrasion resistance and durability The jacket is built with Klims Rhino Stitch construction technology and it comes with a fleece lined soft collar to prevent chafing Safety For safety the jacket has been certified to CE AA rating according to prEN 17092-3 standards and it includes CE Level 1 armor throughout In the elbow the jacket includes adjustable D3O Evo XT armor with additional D3O Evo shoulder pads Lastly the jacket also includes a D3O CE Level 1 back pad The armor itself is housed in Klimatek cooling stretch mesh pockets to further facilitate air flow through the protectors For improved visibility it also comes with 3M Scotchlite reflective on the upper and lower arms and the upper back Comfort As usual for Klim gear the Induction will also be extremely comfortable The jacket includes an improved overall articulated fit and improved mobility through the back and arms This has been achieved using special stretch woven material included inside the elbows to avoid uncomfortable binding The jacket also includes two quick adjust forearm straps to achieve a better fit For ventilation the level of Karbonite mesh the Induction Jacket has ensured that this piece of riding gear will keep you cool This is further improved thanks to the breathable moisture-wicking internal mesh comfort liner in the jacket For storage the jacket includes an external upper chest pocket with a key clip two lower hand pockets an inner chest pocket and a forearm emergency ID pocket These pockets are all closed using YKK zippers with Hypalon pull tabs Summary The premium quality of the Klim Induction jacket wont just give tourers a cool ride but a comfortable and well-protected one too The jackets overall fit has been substantially improved without compromising on the great level of protection already included in the jacket If youre curious to learn more about the Klim Induction jacket then dont forget to check out our YouTube channel where we review the latest motorcycle gear from Klim Dainese Revit and morenbsp
