Discover the LS2 Advant 2 The LS2 Advant II is the newest Modular helmet from LS2 More specifically its a flip-over helmet which means that you can rotate the chin-bar behind the shell so if youre riding at high speeds you would experience little to no wind resistance making for a comfortable ride The touring helmet is also ECE 2206 and P/J certified which means you can ride with the chin bar open since it is approved as a jet helmet Material The all-new LS2 Advant II is made from KPA + carbon components which is light but also very strong These KPA + carbon helmets are one of the strongest and usually one of the lightest motorcycle helmets available The Advant II is available in 7 sizes 5 EPS and 3 outer shell sizes XS-S / M-L / XL-3XL Three outer shell sizes is great as this means that youll get a more compact shell regardless of the size you choose The helmet comes in at a weight of around 1750 grams Visor The visor of the Advant II is a clear visor but six other tinted visors can be installed instead of the clear visor They have to be purchased separately It has a twin visor system so you can slide the sun-visor down with a sliding button on the side of the Advant II Additionally the Sun-Visor is easy to remove and controllable on the bottom of the helmet The outer visor is Anti-scratch and UV resistant LS2 made the helmet to be prepared for a pinlock Lens and is included in the box This should do a great job at preventing the visor from fogging up The helmet has an all new visor-locking system which ensures the visor wont open unless you wanted to and makes it stick close to the shell when its closed It also features a visor mechanism that allows for a great sealing to prevent water or wind from entering through small gaps Comfort and safety The inner liner of the LS2 Advant II is made of CoolMax liner which has excellent moisture management is removable washable quick drying and very breathable Additionally the liner is also hypoallergenic All of this allows for a clean interior and therefore comfortable rides To ensure an even better fit LS2 used laser-cut foam to fit the curves of the head of the rider wearing the helmet The helmet is also equipped with a chin skirt which prevents the wind from getting through the bottom of the helmet To add to that the helmet has an emergency quick release which is a safety feature This ensures that in the event of an accident the helmet can be removed in a safe and easy way In the box youll find reflective patches that you can install on the Advant II to help you stand out Additionally the helmet also has a Multi-Density EPS inner shell to increase safety The chin strap is reinforced and has a Micrometric metal buckle Ventilation Finally the top of the Advant II is equipped with multiple adjustable ventilation openings and the same goes for its chin In turn warm out flows through the three main exhausts on the back of the helmet To manage airflow LS2 added channels to the EPS foam directing both the cool and warm air to the most optimal places inside the helmet Included with the helmet is a carrying backpack MaxVision Pinlock and reflective labels Characteristics LS2 Advant Helmet name LS2 Advant 2 Helmet type Modular Helmet Shell material KPA with carbon components Sizes 3 Shell sizes Weight 1750 gramsnbsp +/- 50 Certifications ECE 226 and P/J Outer visor UV resistant and anti-scratch with standard Pinlock anti-fog lens in the box Closure Micrometric metal buckle Inner lining excellent moisture management is removable washable quick drying and very breathable
